Each order is handled with the utmost care directly from our logistics center. We invite you to carefully read the terms and conditions governing our shipments to ensure a transparent and satisfying shopping experience.

Processing Times

Our logistics team works from Monday to Friday to prepare your favorite garments.

• Handling time: Orders are processed within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 7 business days from the purchase date, being dispatched on the business day following their preparation.

• Note: During periods of high demand, sale seasons, or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended. No shipments or preparations are made on weekends or public holidays.

Modifications and Cancellations

We work with a fully automated logistics system so you can enjoy your garments as soon as possible. For this reason, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it.

If you need to modify any delivery address details, please contact us immediately at contacto@ameliarua.com. Once the order has entered its processing phase, unfortunately, it will not be possible to make any address changes.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

The total timeframe to receive your purchase consists of the warehouse processing time plus transit time, which will depend on your geographical location.

To ensure maximum security, and due to unforeseen force majeure events beyond our control (such as transport strikes, severe weather events, or exceptional customs regulations), orders may experience additional delays.

Below, we detail the estimated delivery times (business days) according to destination:

• Europe (including Spain): 7 to 14 business days.

• United States: 7 to 15 business days.

• Canada: 7 to 16 business days.

• Central America: 10 to 25 business days.

• Australia / New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days.

• Other countries: 11 to 30 business days.

In very exceptional cases or remote/hard-to-reach areas, the delivery timeframe by partnered courier services could reach up to 40 business days.
